We are a licensed property-management company specialising in short-term rental accommodation (think Airbnb-style stays) in Sydney. We manage everything from marketing your property online, styling, cleaning, supplying the linen, guest enquiries, organising any maintenance issues and everything in between so property owners don’t have to worry about the daily operational details.
Do you communicate with guests as HomeHost or under my name? ▾
We’ll introduce ourselves as HomeHost, the on-call concierge for their stay. Once guests are aware that we’re a dedicated host, they’re more likely to call or email us with any questions.
What happens in the event of damaged property? ▾
If any damage occurs, we document it immediately and notify you. We handle guest communication and, if necessary, lodge a claim through Airbnb’s AirCover for Hosts. Repairs or replacements are arranged quickly to minimise disruption and protect your property. We handle the process.
When do I get paid? ▾
We collect all the funds from the bookings, pay the channels their commission and send you your payout the first week of the new month.
