We’ll introduce ourselves as HomeHost, the on-call concierge for their stay. Once guests are aware that we’re a dedicated host, they’re more likely to call or email us with any questions.
What happens in the event of damaged property? ▾
If any damage occurs, we document it immediately and notify you. We handle guest communication and, if necessary, lodge a claim through Airbnb’s AirCover for Hosts. Repairs or replacements are arranged quickly to minimise disruption and protect your property. We handle the process.
When do I get paid? ▾
We collect all the funds from the bookings, pay the channels their commission and send you your payout the first week of the new month.
